We understand life happens and want to accommodate unexpected cancellations to the retreat to the best of our ability. With this in mind, the policy ensures that the retreat team and the retreat facility are properly compensated for the time, energy, and financial contribution it takes to plan the retreat.

IF the retreat minimum is not met the host may cancel by April 13,2025 and ALL money would be refunded. All other cancellations, see below....

Cancellations made by April 1, 2025, are fully refundable minus the ($750) deposit. 

Cancellations made between April 2-April 13 will receive 50% of the payment made minus the non-refundable ($750) deposit and any associated fees.

Cancellations made by April 14 or after will not be eligible receive any refund. 

No partial refunds for late arrivals or early departures. You agree to sign a required code of conduct and liability waiver to attend -- prior to arrival & a facility rules list upon arrival

Ideal Participant for the Moms Who Lost Children Grief Healing Retreat

This retreat is designed for mothers who have experienced the profound loss of a child and are seeking a supportive, healing space to process their grief and connect spiritually.

This retreat may not be the right fit for those who are in the very early stages of acute grief or currently navigating significant emotional distress that requires one-on-one professional support. Additionally, for the safety and well-being of all participants, we kindly ask that attendees be in a stable place emotionally and not currently relying on heavy mind-altering medications.
