Why do I love them...well, quite simply because they ease the effects of grief, bring needed comfort, or help in some way that makes this more bearable as we learn to live in this new existence without our loved one.

Everything on this page is something I genuinely use (or have used) in my grief journey, and it could be a tool worth considering in yours. I either use (now or in the recent past) the exact item or one just like it.
